False Lemonpeel Angelfish
False Lemonpeel Angelfish (Centropyge heraldi)
The Yellow Angelfish, also known as the False Lemonpeel Angelfish, sports a vibrant yellow color similar to the Lemonpeel Angelfish but distinguishes itself with blue markings around the eyes and fin edges.
To thrive, the Yellow Angelfish requires a tank of 70 gallons or more with hiding spots and ample live rock for grazing. While in a reef aquarium, it may nip at large-polyped stony corals, some soft coral polyps, and clam mantles.
Their diet should consist of Spirulina, marine algae, high-quality angelfish preparations, mysis or frozen shrimp, and other meaty items.
