Black Frostbite Clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris)

A genetic blend of ORA Black Snowflakes and ORA Mocha Gladiators, the ORA Black Frostbite is selectively bred for three desirable traits: a black face and fins, the icy-blue color found in some of our Black Snowflake specimens, and a buckshot pattern throughout the white flanks. Currently, Black Frostbites are rare in the clutches we’re raising. The right combination of genes needed to produce a Black Frostbite may be uncommon, but we are hopeful that additional selective breeding will yield more of these impressive fish.
