Black Ice Clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris)

The Black Ice Snowflake (Amphiprion ocellaris) is a hybrid between a Black Ocellaris and a Snowflake. These stunning fish were the initial results of our efforts to create a Black Ocellaris with Snowflake patterns. This first generation retains the yellow-orange coloration of the typical Snowflake but features ultra-intense black markings around the irregular white bars.

In 2011, we successfully produced the first Black Snowflake clownfish. However, due to the popularity of the Black Ice Snowflake, we will continue to produce this striking variation as well.
