The Misbar Black & White Ocellaris Clownfish is typically associated with anemones on the reefs of the Coral Sea, where it can be found either individually or more commonly in pairs or small groups within the same anemone, such as *Heteractis magnifica* or *Stichodactyla mertensii*. These striking Black Ocellaris Clownfish often feature an incomplete center or tail stripe, and sometimes an incomplete head bar. In the aquarium, these captive-bred clownfish grow to a maximum size of 3 inches and can be kept singly or in groups. Their unique patterns make them easily identifiable and highly desirable.
