Pollenei Grouper (Cephalopholis polleni)

The Pollenei Grouper, also known as the Harlequin Rockcod or Harlequin Hind, is renowned for its striking coloration, featuring a green and yellow body with yellow-tipped dorsal and anal fins, and blue-lined patterns. This rare and vibrant fish is an excellent addition to a large saltwater aquarium. Due to its size and feeding habits, a 250-gallon or larger tank is necessary. It is highly aggressive and may prey on tank mates and small crustaceans. The Pollenei Grouper thrives on a diet of meaty foods such as krill, shrimp, and small fish.
