Blueline Angelfish (Chaetodontoplus septentrionalis)
The Blueline Angelfish, also called the Bluebanded Angelfish, resembles a butterflyfish in body structure. Available only seasonally in the summer, juveniles are distinguished by their dark black bodies with iridescent blue horizontal stripes and a yellow bar running vertically behind the eye. Their dorsal and anal fins are outlined in white, while the caudal fin is bright yellow. Adults feature a yellow to tan body adorned with vibrant blue horizontal stripes.
