Jansen Saddle Wrasse (Thalassoma jansenii)

The Saddleback Wrasse, also known as Jansen’s Saddle Wrasse, features a stunning light blue to white body adorned with five to six thick vertical stripes that are bordered in yellow. As the fish matures, these stripes become more pronounced and spaced apart. This beautiful species is an excellent addition to a semi-aggressive saltwater fish-only aquarium. For optimal health, the diet of the Saddleback Wrasse should include vitamin-enriched frozen mysis and brine shrimp, along with other meaty foods, high-quality marine flakes, and pellets.
