Pink Bar Shrimp Goby (Amblyeleotris aurora)

The Pinkbar Goby, often called the Shrimp Goby due to its symbiotic relationships with various shrimp, has a silver body adorned with pink rings and a yellowish tail with bright pink dots outlined in blue. This goby requires a 10-gallon or larger aquarium with loose coral rubble, ample swimming space, and a sandy bottom for burrowing. To prevent escape attempts, use a tight-fitting lid. Although it is rarely aggressive towards other fish, it can be territorial with others of its species unless they are a mated pair.
